Due to the fact that Henrik Lind, of personal reasons, has asked to end his engagement in Lind Andersson, Martin du Hane will join the Executive Board in his place.
Martin has been in charge of our CFO Advisory business since February 2012, which has had a fantastic development with engagements at several listed companies and large privately owned companies. Martin has a background within Ernst & Young as an Approved Auditor and thereafter as a Controller at a listed company.
Henrik has after sometime of consideration and thoughts decided to end his commitment with Lind Andersson for personal reasons. His current situation requires a change in life balance and therefore he has decided to take a position as employee instead.
“To be a Partner of a successful and fast growing consulting firm means a considerable responsibility towards employees, clients and other stakeholders”, says Henrik Lind.
Henrik’s leave is something we regret but also respect. Henrik has made an excellent contribution to Lind Andersson becoming an established consulting firm. Our clients are listed companies, companies in the public sector and public organizations, large family owned companies and non-profit organizations. We have offices in Göteborg, Stockholm and Shanghai and have 10 engaged team members.
We are fully confident that Lind Andersson has a great foundation to build on and to grow further. We will continue offering our clients high quality services at competitive prices.

Operating and doing business in China is exposing Swedish companies to other areas of risk compare to the Swedish market. One of these risks is highly associated with the possibility of being exposed to fraud and corruption. According to the survey 5 out of 21 companies have discovered cases of fraud in the last 12-month period.
Another 6 companies state that they suspect that fraud has occurred in the organization that has not been discovered. The respondents stated that fraud related to the companies’ suppliers was the area where they where most concern that fraud would occur. In order to prevent fraud from occurring, tone from the top together with clear policies and guidelines was seen as the most important actions management can use to reduce the risk.
Lind Andersson is used as a reference in Svenska Dagbladets article about fraud and corruption in Swedish companies in China. For more information about our study or on fraud in China, please contact Henrik Lind.

The City of Gothenburg is in the process of signing new frame agreements with providers of management consulting services. The procurement of the management consulting services has been split into five different parts covering e.g. process change management, corporate governance and monitoring/evaluation.
Lind Andersson has been appointed and previously signed the agreement for monitoring services effective as of August 1, 2012. We have now also signed the agreements for the other two parts, i.e. process change management and corporate governance, effective as of September 24, 2012.
