Our client is a Swedish listed company, acting on the global market. The Company acts within the biomedical industry. Still in the development and expansion phase, the Company identified a need to formalize their Standard Operating Procedures, to comply with industry-specific rules and legislation.

Engagement objectives

Lind Andersson was engaged to assist the CFO in developing and issueing Standard Operating Procedures within the Company’s operational processes, such as the revenue process, the purchasing process and the closing of the books process.
