The client is an international not-for-profit organization based in Stockholm with yearly revenues of approximately 1 billion SEK. The organization was managing their own internal audit function up until the end of 2009

Engagement objectives

Lind Andersson was engaged to assist the company with an internal audit manager. During 2010 we were acting as Head of Internal Audit for the organization performing planning activities, such as preparation of the internal audit risk assessment and internal audit plan; conducting internal audit projects; co-ordination of the external auditors worldwide; and, reporting to the Audit Committee and Management.

The client has been very satisfied with the work performed and has decided to fully outsource the internal audit function to Lind Andersson. This effectively means that we will handle all duties of the internal audit function.
