Enterprise Risk Management process
Client background
Our client is a privately held Company with approximately 5 billion SEK in annual revenues. The Company acts within the media industry, and has issued an aggressive strategy for the following five years.
To be able to carry out this strategy, Group Management needs to assess the strategic, operational, financial and compliance risks, and implement a process to ensure that these risks are effectively managed and monitored.
Engagement objectives
Lind Andersson has been engaged to assist the Company to implement an Enterprise Risk Management process. The methodology used is based on COSO’s framework for Enterprise Risk Management.
During the first phase we assess key risks within each area through conducting risk workshops and interviews with key personnel within the organization. In the second phase all risks identified at Subsidiary and Group level are consolidated, and a risk map for the entire Group is issued. The third and final phase of our engagement is the delivery of a documented Enterprise Risk Management process to be implemented by the organization.
